We worked with the client's technical staff to orchestrate a very high-impact project on a very aggressive schedule.

The project was completed on time, under budget, and with very little impact to business operations. The client had a completely refreshed hardware environment, with more than 75% of their systems virtualized, and a 100% reduction in the number of performance-related service desk tickets. It was said to be the first major upgrade of any kind in that organization that was nearly transparent to business users.
